Sperry Partners Group is urgently looking for an experienced Service Management Coordinator for a project in The Hague, Netherlands.

Skills:


• At least 3 years in a similar role
• At least 3 years of working experience in a large and complex IT environment
• At least 3 years of working experience as an Incident/Problem Coordinator or Service Level Manager or Change/Configuration Manager or Service Manager.
• At least 3 years preparing ICT process and procedure documentation for use internal to ICT at a level for internal audit review.
• Knowledge of internal audit procedures for ICT processes
• ITIL Service Management to at least foundation level, and preferable practitioner level for Incident or Problem Management or ITIL Service Operation.
• Incident or Problem Management
• Technical or Document Writing
• Continuous Service Improvement Planning or Service Transition coordination
• Change Management
• Product Management of ICT Service Management Tooling
• Configuration Management process design
• Certificate of Good Conduct is a must
