Sperry Partners Group is urgently looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Change Manager for an on-going project in Doha, Qatar.
Education, Qualifications and specific experience:
8-10 years of experience, 3-5 years relevant experience in project change, in particular with Oracle ERP, standard change management methodologies and change assurance.
Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process, methodologies and tools
Good working knowledge of industry-standard project management methodologies, Oracle ERP system structure, functionality and implementation approaches, together with a broad understanding of change management practices. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details
Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to influence across the organization and externally.
Good knowledge of standard change management methodologies and change assurance.
Detailed understanding of the impact of change, the interdependencies and impact on the business.
Very Strong in Communication, influence and client relationship management
Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal (English & Arabic) with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences ERP background experience is a must
Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities by clarifying strategies/plans and giving clear sense of direction and purpose to all levels to generate commitment to goals
Takes responsibility for the research and development of the change programs ensuring best fit for the organization
Stakeholders Engagement and management approach by liaising with them, the relevant plans for training, communication to ensure that the project change requirements remain fully linked to and part of the overall process for change management
Key performance Indicators:
Percentage of Organization commitment to the project Customer /Supplier External
Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levels: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan.
Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities which includes the promotion of business vision, and maintaining the benefits framework that links the project delivery to the achievement of business benefits
Identify, analyse, prepare risk mitigation tactics
Identify and manage anticipated resistance
Integrate change management activities into project plan to ensure that business stability is maintained during the transition phase
Training Needs Analysis strategy and plan
Create change management strategy
