Sperry Partners Group is urgently looking for an experienced 1st Line Helpdesk Support for a project in Brussels, Belgium.

Skills / Attributes Required:

·Relevant 1st line / Helpdesk support experience
·Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows desktop technologies (Windows 8.1)
·Experience using and troubleshooting Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
·Password resets
·Experience file shares/NTFS permissions
·Experience networking printing services (follow me print)
·Experience in troubleshooting Unified Communications (UCC) including Skype/Lync
·Ability to diagnose performance issues
·Experience with using and troubleshooting Outlook within a network environment (permissions, calendar sharing, and delegation)
·Basic understanding of PC hardware set-up and configuration
·Excellent telephone manner and face to face communication skills
·NATO Security Clearance is a must
